I think removing the edge line would look much nicer. I like how you used a figurine to make it simple yet pretty, but try moving SeeU's right leg a bit. It kinda looks like she's about to fall over.
If you manually rotate her hair and skirt so that they are facing one way, as if they were being blown by the wind, it's more effective as an image. It takes away some of the appeal as the model is in a cute and dramatic pose, and the hair and skirt are just, well, hanging around.
I like how the background is just one color, and it's very simple too. I think making the background lighter, or even transparent would look nicer, however.

Also, it would be a good idea to credit any sources you used (eg: Mamama for the model) as it's polite and lets the original author know that you've used their piece. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

Either way, this is very nicely done. Keep up the good work!
